When you log in to view your account or make a payment, a one-time “Login Token” is sent to your email address to complete the login. The token expires after 30 minutes; a new one can be triggered by repeating the login process.
To receive monthly statements electronically, log in and select “Statements/Documents,” then “Manage Paperless Statements” to set your preferences — or call 800-231-8855 and choose option 5. You’ll get an email each month when your statement is ready to view.
